The first step is to schedule a Complimentary Virtual Appointment. Our objective for this call is to get to know you a bit and understand your specific needs.

2: Initial On-site Consultation

Following your Complimentary Virtual Appointment, we will arrange for an Initial on-site Consultation at the property to be staged. Please note that this is a paid service. During this session, we will capture photos and take measurements. During the on-site Initial Consultation, our team will assess your property's condition, layout and potential

3: Design Plan Creation

Depending on the staging services chosen, we will thoughtfully select furniture to establish an appealing ambiance. This selection might include a mix of your belongings and ours to achieve a seamless appearance. Following each Initial On-site Consultation, you'll receive a detailed report outlining our suggested actions. This report will provide you with a clear understanding of the steps we recommend to transform the home into an irresistible market gem.

4: Design Plan Review

During the design plan review, we will go over the report's details. You will have plenty of opportunity to engage in discussions with us before the staging plan is finalized. The review can be discussed on a phone conversation or using the Google Meet conferencing platform.

5: Furniture and Decor Selection

Following the approved design plan, our design team will choose the appropriate furniture and accessories for the home.

6: Contract Presentation and Review

No matter which of our staging services you choose, we will provide you with a contract that outlines the entire process, costs, and timeline. This step ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding expectations.

7: Logistics and Setup

Arrangements will be made to deliver the chosen staging pieces to the property. With all of our service offerings, our team will ensure everything is set up perfectly on staging day.

8: Accessories and Details

Incorporating personalized touches, our team will add accessories that enhance the atmosphere of the home.

9: Photography for Marketing

We create our staging plans with the goal of showcasing the potential of each space. Professionally taken photograph are instrumental in capturing the interest of both prospective buyers and renters.

10: Showings and Open Houses

With all the necessary elements in place, the property will be ready for potential buyers or renters to immerse themselves in the welcoming ambiance, providing them with an in-person experience.

11: De-Staging

When the property is sold or rented, our team will return to remove the staged items. This will be coordinated with you and is managed efficiently, to make the home ready for its new occupants.
