How do you determine pricing?

A variety of factors will impact pricing, although it’s largely determined by the location and size of the home, as well as the areas of the home to be staged. Please fill out our Consulting Services Questionnaire or contact us directly so we can better understand your needs.

Who pays for the staging?

Staging costs are typically negotiated between the listing agent and the homeowner as part of the listing agreement.

Are you able to work within my budget

Our prices are very reasonable and we will make every effort to work within your budget. During your Initial Consultation we will discuss ways to maximize impact for your project while being sensitive to and budget constraints.

What if I am interested in a particular style of staging?

Our home staging is based on the style of the home and our designer’s expertise in knowing how to highlight your home’s best qualities.

How long does it take to stage a property?

Properties of under 3,500 sqft. typically take one to two days. For property more than 3,500 sqft., staging may take two to three days. We want to ensure no detail is overlooked.

How does your home staging process work?

The first step is to schedule a Virtual Complimentary Appointment . Our objective for this call is to get to know you a bit and understand your specific needs. If after this conversation you would like to move forward, we will schedule an Initial Consultation at the property. Read on

When is payment due?

We will require a 50% deposit payment upon acceptance of our contract. Unless otherwise arranged, payment for the balance of contract is due upon our arrival at the home to complete staging. Our preferred payment methods are Venmo, Zelle and Paypal.
