StageRightsocal, is not just a staging company; we are a family-owned and run business with a passion for transforming homes into wonderful (and profitable) spaces. We are Lisa Pearson and Billy O'Brien; siblings raised in beautiful Southern California who began our journey into the world of staging with a dream that has blossomed into a successful business venture.
Lisa, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Chapman University and over 20 years of experience as a graphic designer, has a trained eye for aesthetics, color and attention to detail. She has enjoyed a successful design career, working with satisfied clients such as Disney, Sony, and Rhino Records, to name just a few. Lisa has an innate ability to work well with people and breathe color and life into any environment.
After serving as a top AT&T account manager for large corporations such as Cedar Sinai and Saint Joseph Hospital Systems, Billy possesses a wealth of business experience helping clients. He has an enthusiasm for architecture and interior design, continuously honing his skills in these areas. A decade ago, Billy made a transition from AT&T to a flourishing career in real estate, where he truly comprehends the importance of staging properties.
Our idea of extending staging services beyond Billy's listings was the catalyst for the birth of StageRightsocal - a comprehensive staging service to enhance our clients' properties and profits - We both realized with, our combined skills and expertise we could create an extraordinary experience for real estate clients and anyone seeking to transform their living spaces. When StageRightsocal's first staging project resulted in a remarkable success, with the home selling in three days at well above the asking price, we knew we had a winning formula.
