Our Recent Projects
Placentia
The homeowners selling this property embarked on a significant journey across the Atlantic to pursue their dreams of embracing the French lifestyle. With minimal furnishings accompanying them, we organized two entire days dedicated to sorting through their personal belongings, aiding the sellers in their transition and preparing the home for comprehensive staging. Occupied home staging can pose considerable challenges for homeowners. By comprehending our clients' requirements and ensuring they remained well-informed and prepared for each stage of the process, we facilitated their comfort and confidence. Ultimately, the home received a staggering 33 offers and sold for approximately 17% above the asking price upon the close of escrow. (Credit to Billy O'Brien, REALTOR®)
Corona
Another successful collaboration between StageRightsocal and REALTOR® Billy OBrien. Nestled in the hills of South Corona, this home was staged while still occupied by its owners. They were in the midst of liquidating their furniture as they prepared to relocate to another state and embrace a new retired life with fresh furnishings. This presented us with the perfect opportunity to introduce modern décor that would resonate with the area's target market. By blending traditional elements with transitional design, we cultivated a tranquil ambiance that catered to the demographic of this South Corona pool home. The outcome was remarkable, with the property receiving 10 offers and selling for over $21,000 above the listed price.
Pomona
When the REALTOR® approached us to undertake partial staging for this 1911 craftsman home, our anticipation soared. The dwelling had undergone upgrades over the years, and its current owners had imbued it with a distinct mid-century charm through their furnishings. Downstairs, a bedroom had been repurposed into a media room. As part of our staging strategy, we aimed to transform this space back into a bedroom, envisioning it as a cozy retreat for visiting family members seeking privacy, while reserving the other rooms for upstairs use. Although attracting offers for this historic abode was never an issue, the agent encountered some unforeseen challenges related to its age and undisclosed issues. Consequently, they requested an extension of our staging contract. Fortunately, we were able to accommodate this request, ensuring that this turn-of-the-century gem found its rightful new owner.
Long Beach
The partial staging of this 1955 mid-century home posed a design and layout conundrum: How do we showcase the optimal utilization of the living area, which encompasses the living room, dining room, and kitchen? With features like a fireplace, a double door exit leading to the backyard, and expansive windows adorning one wall, maximizing the potential of this space was key. The eat-in kitchen, divided by an entry door, offered limited space for a kitchenette. We augmented the existing areas by introducing two additional functional spaces—a game table area and a bar setup. The result? Multiple offers poured in, and the property swiftly entered into a contract.
Seal Beach
The staging of this one-bedroom bungalow in Leisure World demanded a standout presentation. With numerous competitors on the market—typically 8-10 similar units available at any moment—making an impression was crucial. Remarkably, less than 10% of these homes had undergone staging. Our approach was to craft a setting that effortlessly captivated the area's discerning demographic.
